Portland based rock band OC and the Offbeats brings a new brand of blues and soul to the table. Forming in 2012, the band received opportunities to play in venues in Portland’s Old Port and festivals like the Fryeburg Fair and University of Southern Maine’s HuskyFest. Since then, we’ve added strength in numbers (going from a trio to a 6 piece!) We hope you enjoy our debut release, Looking Up.
